Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations & Free Items

Orders that include a free gift, bonus product, or free gift card cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These promotional items are issued as part of the original qualifying purchase, so the qualifying order is considered final. If a refund or return is later requested under this policy, any free items or gift cards received with that order will be voided, and their value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

30-Day Returns

At Slumberkiddies, we want you to shop with confidence. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

Qualifications for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse.
  • No exchanges are available — if you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original product for a refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hygienic or personal-use items
  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@slumberkiddies.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, you'll receive detailed return instructions via email.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
